South Korea will recall its ambassador to Ukraine, escalating a diplomatic dispute between the two countries.
The dispute began after Ukraine transferred two captured North Korean soldiers to South Korea. Seoul says Ukraine broke an agreement to keep the transfer secret, while Kyiv says no non-disclosure agreement existed.The soldiers were captured while fighting alongside Russian forces in Ukraine and had said they wanted to go to South Korea.
